Step 2: Once logged in, you will be prompted to set up MFA. You can set up MFA via email or an authenticator app. Note: If you do not want to set up multi-factor authentication at this time, you can select Remind Me Later to get a reminder in two weeks.

Step 3: An email will be sent to the email address associated with your account with the log-in code. The email will come from mail@gosmart.org.

Step 4: Enter the code from your email into the MFA code field and click submit.

Step 5: Once the code has been entered successfully, you will see a confirmation page with a recovery code. Save the recovery code to bypass the authenticator if you are not able to access your original authentication method. Note: The recovery code will change each time you edit your MFA settings.

Step 4: Either scan the code in the app or enter the secret code as the setup key

Step 5: A code will pop up on your authenticator app. Enter it in the field labeled “Authentication Code” and click submit.

Note: have the app ready as the code expires quickly. The code will automatically regenerate, so if you miss the first one you can enter the second one without logging in again.

Step 6: Once the code has been entered, you will see a confirmation page with a recovery code. Save the recovery code to bypass the authenticator if you are not able to access your original authentication method. Note: The recovery code will change each time you edit your MFA settings.
