While you are creating the page sets (Intent to Apply, Application, Interim Report and/or Final Report) of your grant opportunities, consider the types of pages you will add to each. Hover over the page types below to learn more about all of your page options.
You can add optional info/instruction text to any page to set your applicants’ expectations for the page. If you check the “Show on PDF” box, this informational text will also appear on the HTML/PDF when viewed by applicants, admins, and panelists.
We recommend logging into your applicant site as a test user as you build your page sets and pages so that you can view the page sets of your cycle as they come together. Be sure to set your cycle to Active on the Program Cycles subtab and to ensure that the application dates and deadlines surround today’s date allowing you to access the cycle.
NOTES: Selecting the Intent to Apply page type will create your Intent to Apply form (aka page set). Only one Intent to Apply page is allowed per cycle/grant opportunity. You can only use one Work Sample Select page per cycle. However, all other page types can be used multiple times in the application, interim, and/or final report. NEA Questions may only be available to state arts agencies or those who request them. If you report to the NEA, be sure to use the Project Budget, NEA Questions, and/or Activity Locations pages in the application and final report.
